Discovery

This is where we get to know each other. Think of it like a first date that goes really, really well.

  1. Initial discovery call. We’ll meet to talk through your goals.

  2. Proposal meeting. We’ll review the details from our call and create a proposed solution with budgets and timelines.

  3. Contract (SOW). Once the proposal is approved, we’ll get a statement of work in place.

Planning

This is how we set ourselves (and you) up for success. We’ll get a solid plan in place so we can hit the ground running.

4. Project set-up. We’ll use a project management system to show all tasks that need to be completed with timelines and responsibilities.

5. Kick-off. We’ll have a meeting with both teams to review the project management system and officially kick off the start of the project.
