Austin is an entrepreneurial leader with an incredible passion for cinematography. He started Absorb Productions as a freelance gig, but his experience brought in more and more clients, which quickly scaled into the Absorb Studios name that we know today.

His background includes work in corporate films and training videos in the B2B and manufacturing spaces. Austin’s creative strengths lie in strategic pre-production planning, cinematic video production, podcast production, and video editing.

Caitlyn Hymer
Founder, Head of Strategy

Caitlyn is a creative business leader that’s rooted in research and strategy with a rich background in UX, branding, and inbound marketing. She initially partnered with Austin to incorporate design thinking into the production process, which led to the creation of the Absorb Experience and Absorb Communications teams.

Her experience includes creative direction, UX design, and web master leadership across the higher education, B2B, and medtech/pharmatech spaces. Ultimately, Caitlyn works to balance user and business needs to create meaningful products and experiences that are backed by data-driven decision making.
